ABOUT ME
I'm a writer/director from Yorkshire, UK.
My debut feature Lad : A Yorkshire Story won over twenty film festival awards and is rated 7.9 on IMDB which makes it one of the highest rated British films of all time. I have also made a number of short films including BAFTA-nominated Love you, Joseff Hughes.
Alongside my directing work I've worked on a number of studio films such as Harry Potter and Star Wars as video assist operator and set editor and I am proud of my affiliation with leading facility house CineArk

LAD : A YORKSHIRE STORY
When Tom Proctor's dad dies his world falls apart; his brother leaves to join the army, his mum is threatened with eviction and Tom faces criminal prosecution after spreading manure over the local bank.
All this changes however when Tom is given community service with park ranger Al Thorpe in this inspiring story of two individuals overcoming adversity and in the process finding true friendship.
